Cornejo Materials and Asphalt

Courteous, prompt, efficient, deliverwd.

I reached out to Asphalt Solutions dba Cornejo Materials and Asphalt yesterday mid day via their website. Mariano called me 45 minutes later. I told him what we needed, sent him some pics of the repairs, he gave me an estimate ten minutes after sending the pics, albeit a rough estimate. Within Two hours of sending him the pics, discussing everything, he gave us a final estimate. Repairs were completed today, one day after I initially tracked out. Our repairs look great, they took out the “cold patch” repairs and replaced with their hot patch asphalt. Price was very reasonable, work was quick and good, overall very happy with my first interaction and experience with Mariano and Cornejo Materials and Asphalt! Our company does underground telecommunications work and have repairs that need to be completed often. We will definitely be using Cornejo Materials and Asphalt for all of our future asphalt needs! Thanks Cornejo!

We recently had our parking lot at Cactus Flower resurfaced by Cornejo Materials & Asphalt, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial estimate to the final striping, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the project, stayed on schedule, and paid attention to every detail. The finished parking lot looks fantastic and has made a huge difference in the appearance of our property. The crew was hardworking, efficient, and left the area clean when the job was complete. If you’re looking for a reliable company that delivers quality work and excellent customer service, we highly recommend Cornejo Materials & Asphalt. – The Cactus Flower Team Kimberleigh Harding

All worked as represented. Worked well to keep our drive through bank open and end product looks like new.

Cornejo Materials did a great job, working with us on a multi-family project. Their scope was subgrade excavation, grading for drainage, new asphalt, and striping the parking lot. We found their work product, communication and cleanliness to be excellent. The crew was courteous, respectful, and hard-working. Their equipment was in great shape. They showed up when they said they would and the end result was excellent.

They did an amazing job, we had them come out and put down the road for our RC track. They even distributed some road base from a previous project into some areas on the property. Were friendly and got the job done. Highly recommend and would work with again

Mariano and his crew did an excellent job repairing a parking lot for me. They showed up when they were supposed to, were very organized and cleaned up well.

Cornejo Materials did an outstanding job on my asphalt project. They showed up exactly when they said they would, their prices were more than fair, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. The crew worked efficiently and finished everything in a timely manner. You can tell they really know what they’re doing - very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly the entire time. The owner, Mariano, is a great guy and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’d recommend Cornejo Materials to anyone who needs any type of asphalt work done. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Great communication and quality work. Shows up when he schedules work and gets it done right the first time.

Cornejo Materials and Asphalt did a fantastic job on our driveway. They listened and cared about what was important to us and strove to accomplish it. I would use them again, and highly recommend them if you need any asphalt work.

Can't say how happy I was with Cornejo asphalt from start to finish. We are real estate developers and need trusted professionals when doing large jobs like this. They were honest, fair and most importantly didn't try taking advantage of us when the project entailed more work than expected. The job turned out great and Cornejo and his team worked diligently to get it completed in a timely manor. This was the first time we did a large asphalt job like this and I was weary working with a new contractor, but couldn't have been happier with how the project turned out. They went above and beyond to give us a good product that will last and something we won't have problems with in the future. A+ work

Needed some asphalt torn out and filled in these guys crushed it (literally) and got it done fast.
